I know that oil (like Vaseline) very bad for the skin. Maybe you have that ingredient is causing what some people cancer. I use anything with petroleum products. I use Bee-balm for the lips delicious.

I use Carmex several times a day and I never heard. It will be good for people with cold sores. I think that anything that can cause cancer.
